How do I get started?

If you have a project you would like to get started with, contact us and we can give you a free evaluation and budget. The first time you get in touch, we will try to talk to you as much as possible about what you would like to do. This helps to get a real understanding of your goals.

How is payment arranged?

We can accept checks or Paypal payments. For each project, we require 1/2 up front in order to protect ourselves.

Is payment safe?

Some clients are uneasy with the idea of sending money online to a company. If you have any reservations about this, we will work with you to figure out the best way to arrange payment.

What is the process for creating a design?

Once the initial payment is received, we will begin working on a design. Generally we start by having a conversation about the project and what you would like to achieve. Our main goal is to communicate your product or service to the public in the most effective manner.

Who is designing my project?

All graphic design work is handled personally by Jason Buff. We never outsource design. All PHP programming is done by Paulino Romero.

How many revisions do you do?

We will work on your site until you are 100% Satisfied.

Will I be charged additional hours if we take a long time?

Unlike most design companies, once we give you a price, you will never have to pay for additional hours, as long as we are staying in the scope of the original project.

How long will it take?

We are well known for having very quick turnaround. Upon receipt of your down payment, you will start receiving designs sometimes as early as later that same day. This is also dependent on a number of different issues, including how busy we are as well as how much information the client has provided about the project.

What type of files will I receive?

Upon the completion of your final payment, we will sent all files that were used to create your project. You will also have full copyright on everything created.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, we trust you.

Where is Jabu located?

Although Jabu is legally based in North Carolina, I spend most of the time in my home in Yucatan, Mexico.
